Created in 1947, the BOUDIN company has evolved from modeller to mould-maker of new moulds.
Since the 1980s, it has become a maintenance moldmaker, to satisfy customer demand. It has created its own network for an optimised service with a high capacity for mould modifications or improvements/fine-tuning. BOUDIN SAS is renowned for its responsiveness, for its urgent interventions, for the flexibility of its structure and for its response to your needs and constraints.

We specialise in the development/fine-tuning, modification, repair and maintenance of plastic injection moulds.
We work on our customers’ production sites in France and Europe. We work directly or as a subcontractor for mould-makers of all origins.

Our team of Moldmakers
Our 20-strong team is well versed in meeting deadlines and keeping promises.
Our technicians work closely with our Design Office and our Production Manager. They work as a team of specialists!
Tooling technicians, fitters, millers, electro-erosion specialists (an important unit within our structure)… develop, improve, modify and repair your plastic injection, thermoforming and injection blow moulds. The BOUDIN team carries out over 1,000 modifications a year.

FARO Gage Measurement arm
An additional asset for our engineering department is the possibility offered by this FARO measuring arm to check our customers’ cavities in order to adjust them as accurately as possible. It can also be used to carry out dimensional checks on parts, with a subsequent inspection report.

XRF Analyser portable
The portable XRF analysers enable rapid, easy and accurate identification of alloys and elemental analysis of elements from Mg to U. We use them on our customers’ sites to obtain instant results, and to guide our customers in the measures they need to take, based on the results obtained.
